RevHarvester

Privacy Policy

Effective: September 16, 2026

This policy explains how RevHarvester handles information submitted through our website and Revenue Leak Audit process.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business name, email address, CRM platform, recovery goals, and files you choose to upload for analysis.

CRM exports may contain business records and customer-related information. Only upload information you are authorized to provide to RevHarvester.

How we use information

Service providers

RevHarvester uses service providers to host and operate portions of the platform, including website hosting, secure data storage, database services, and workflow automation. These providers process information on our behalf to support the service.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, operate the business, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.

Customer communications

Submitting a Revenue Leak Audit request authorizes RevHarvester to contact you about that request and related services. It does not by itself authorize automated SMS or voice communications to your customers.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask questions about information associated with your business, request corrections, or inquire about deletion where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as RevHarvester evolves. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
